Privacy Policy
Last Updated and Effective: March 2026
At Reportify AI ("we," "us," or "our"), your privacy is our highest priority. This Privacy Policy outlines our practices regarding the collection, use, and protection of your personal and professional data when you access goreportify.com and our AI report generation services.
1. Core Commitment: No AI Training on Your Data
Your business data is yours. We strictly adhere to a zero-training policy. The notes, prompts, and confidential reports you process through our platform are transmitted securely to our AI model providers (such as Google/OpenAI) via enterprise-grade APIs strictly for generating your specific request. Your inputs and outputs are NOT used to train, improve, or fine-tune our foundational AI models or those of our third-party AI partners.
2. Information We Collect
- Account & Identity Data: When you register via email or Google OAuth, we collect your email address, display name, and profile avatar.
- Operational Data: We temporarily process the text prompts you submit to generate reports. Generated documents are saved to your account history for your convenience and can be deleted by you at any time.
- Technical & Usage Data: We collect non-personally identifiable metadata (IP addresses, browser type, login timestamps, API usage metrics) to maintain security, prevent abuse, and ensure service stability.
- Payment Information: All financial transactions are securely processed by PayPal. We do not collect, view, or store your full credit card numbers or bank details on our servers.
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We only share data with essential third-party service providers necessary to operate the platform under strict confidentiality agreements:
- Cloud Infrastructure: DigitalOcean and MongoDB (for secure hosting and database management).
- AI Processing: Google Cloud / Gemini API (strictly for executing generation requests without data retention for training).
- Payment & Email: PayPal (for processing subscriptions) and Resend (for sending verification codes and system notifications).
4. Your Data Rights & The "Right to be Forgotten"
You maintain full control over your data. At any time, you can access your Account Hub to:
- View or download your generated history.
- Delete individual reports permanently.
- Delete Account: By clicking "Delete My Account" in the Security settings, your personal information, login credentials, and all associated report history will be immediately and irreversibly purged from our active databases.
5. Notice to European (EEA/UK) Users (GDPR)
If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom, you have specific rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including the right to access, rectify, or erase your personal data, restrict processing, and data portability. Our legal basis for processing your data is the performance of a contract (providing the Service) and your explicit consent.
6. Notice to California Residents (CCPA)
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) provides you with specific rights regarding your personal information. We affirmatively state that we do not sell your personal information. You have the right to request what personal information we collect and request its deletion.
7. Contact Us
For any privacy-related inquiries or to exercise your data rights, please contact us via the Contact Form in your dashboard or at our designated support channels.
