Welcome to Reportify AI ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing, registering for, or using our website (goreportify.com) and our AI-powered document generation services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Service.

1. Nature of the AI Service & User Responsibility

Reportify AI utilizes advanced Large Language Models (LLMs) to generate reports, presentations, and summaries based on your input. You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI Limitations: AI models may produce inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or logically flawed output (often referred to as "hallucinations").
• Review Obligation: You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all AI-generated content before relying on it or using it in any professional, commercial, or legal capacity.
• No Professional Advice: The Service does not provide legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice.

2. Accounts and Subscriptions

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for all activities under your account. We offer subscription tiers (e.g., Basic, Professional) granting varying levels of API access. Accounts are strictly for individual use and may not be shared, sold, or transferred.

3. Strict No-Refund Policy & Chargebacks

ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE. Because the Service grants immediate access to digital content and consumes non-recoverable cloud computing and API costs upon generation, we do not offer refunds, prorated refunds, or credits for any partial subscription periods or unused credits.

Chargeback Abuse: We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for payment fraud or unwarranted credit card chargebacks. Initiating a chargeback after utilizing the Service is considered a violation of these Terms. We reserve the right to dispute any chargebacks, permanently ban your account, and recover owed funds.

4. Intellectual Property

Your Input & Output: You retain all intellectual property rights to the prompts and notes you submit. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we assign to you all our rights, title, and interest in the output generated specifically for you, to the extent permitted by applicable AI laws.

Our Platform: We retain all intellectual property rights to the Reportify AI website, UI/UX, software architecture, branding, logos, and underlying proprietary prompts.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is: illegal, defamatory, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or infringes upon third-party intellectual property rights. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer our software, scrape our data, or bypass our API limits.

6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT THE GENERATED OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL BEIJING CRICKET INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD., ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, OR EMPLOYEES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (I) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE; (II) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; OR (III) ANY AI-GENERATED CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE APPLICABLE CLAIM.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company is legally registered (Beijing, China), without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be exclusively resolved through binding arbitration in Beijing, China, effectively waiving any right to participate in a class action lawsuit.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
